Good location, professional staff. Smaller room, room temperature high for western group, but overall great. The gentleman that checked us in spoke english which was wonderful. Train station right under hotel which made it easy to get around.

The location was perfect. The team was friendly and helpful. The hotel room and the view were amazing. The room was clean and everything was provided. The team was 24 hours available for assistance. It was a good experience and I would recommended it to everyone. although it is expensive but it was worth it.

I have been choosing this hotel for many years, but this time I found it to be no improvement. The room facilities are rather old, the lighting is not enough, there is no USB plug, the water temperature in the shower is not uniform, too hot or not hot. Breakfast food has gone downhill. After picking up the food and putting it down, we left to get our drinks and came back to find that the waiter was cleaning our table. There was fresh food on the table and a jacket on the chair. Just because we left the table at the same time doesn't mean we were finished. This is a breakfast buffet! It's bad service to rush to clean and tidy up when you can't figure out if the guests have left or not.

Location is connected to the Namba station! Bed was mostly comfortable but a little hard for my liking. We didn’t get breaky but it looked good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower pressure was decent and had a detachable shower head. Nice Japanese toilet.

Hotels near tourist attractions, convenient travel, both eating and shopping. The staff gave good advice. The breakfast and lounge were delicious. Will definitely come back to stay again. The room is spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. The room location has a very beautiful view. Sit and watch and enjoy. Our team is happy.
